I ordered product Monday evening and it was delivered the following Wednesday afternoon. Not only was the documentation issued most promptly by email, but there was also a reassuring follow-up 'phone call to confirm that the lawnmower was in transit. In every respect, the service was excellent!

A high standard of service for an excellent shredder that really is quiet and meets our garden needs admirably.

Very pleased with the trolley. Just right for carrying our many chickens' food and drink round the field to them!

This mower was quick and easy to set up. It is cutting our grass very well, dry or damp. The height adjustment is easy to change and copes well with our bumpy lawn. It starts first time every time and each tank of fuel lasts well. The only thing which I can criticize is the size of the collection box. I seem to be emptying the box every 5 minutes, it could do with something to compact it to save time. I would definitely recommend this for a small to medium lawn.

I was slightly concerned about buying a mower over the internet, particularly given the weight of the roller (Hayter Harrier 41 Electric Start). When my mower arrived, it had clearly been dropped by the courier (who had delivered without using a trolley) and the mower was damaged. Gardenlines dealt with the problem in an extremely efficent manner and I had an undamaged replacement sent immediately. I would not hesitate to use Gardenlines in the future in view of the way the problem I experienced was handled.

Firstly the service received from Garden lines was 10 out of 10. They delivered the mower on time and in perfect condition. The addition of the free oil is extremely convienent. Secondly, the mower is great and perfect for my needs. i have a lawn that can squeeze two tennis courts and this is exactly what I needed. The grass box is a great size. Leaves a great cut and i am really glad I purchased this mower. I would strongly recommend this style of Honda to anybody who wants a decent cut lawn with an easy to handle mower. Thirdly thanks to the quality of this company I will be buying other goods from them.

Prompt delivery next day,excellent service. Easy to assemble, but the rear box footguard did not fit. The hole were not tapped for screw in bolts! The safety was too wide, no spacers! Started first time after filling oil to engine, and petrol in tank. Rating 4 out of 5 due to the problem with fitting safety footbar. Mcculloch should be informed of this problem as bar cannot be fitted! Nice machine otherwise, recommend for a large lawned garden.

Very pleased with mower. Delivered next day. Cuts very well with the 21in blade, and quicker than my old 18in. The footguard bar and 2 screws, left over. The bar is to wide, and the holes for the bolts were not tapped threaded so could not fit anyway. Suggest Mcculloch check this item as previous feedback also mentioned this problem! I would still recommend this machine for the larger lawn, and very good powerful engine. I will give it 4 out of 5.
