Very fast and efficient service with telephone notification of imminent delivery. However, still awaiting replacement ball for croquet set (one original oversized). Suggests quality control could be improved somewhere along the line.

Prompt delivery next day,excellent service. Easy to assemble, but the rear box footguard did not fit. The hole were not tapped for screw in bolts! The safety was too wide, no spacers! Started first time after filling oil to engine, and petrol in tank. Rating 4 out of 5 due to the problem with fitting safety footbar. Mcculloch should be informed of this problem as bar cannot be fitted! Nice machine otherwise, recommend for a large lawned garden.

I was contacted by telephone later that day and advised delivery would be ‘next day’ on Thursday. I was very impressed! Unfortunately due to a failure by the courier that didn’t happen. I advised you by telephone, and was then kept informed of the problem at each stage in tracking the courier’s delivery for me. It was delivered Friday morning! I ordered my blower vac mid morning Tuesday (online). I was very suprised to receive a telephone call early evening from a lovely lady confirming my order and giving me delivery times. I received my order before 9.00am Wednesday. In this world of e-mails it was a nice touch to receive a telephone call. As it is raining I haven't used my blower vac yet but after assembling it, it feels like it will be easy to use as the height and balance seem far better than my previous blower vac. Superb service from Gardenlines,great to deal with such a good company who know their stuff.

This is an excellent machine and overall I am very happy with it. It is not easy to put together, you need two people really, and a socket set etc. but once you have assembled it the actual chipping and shredding is very good. One word of caution, this machine is not for weeds. Any earth on the roots becomes stuck to the sides of the chipping chamber and eventually clogs it up and you have to strip it down to dig it all out, which is a pain, but for anything without roots it is excellent.
