There is a helpline available to cover any technical questions and for the supply of new batteries or replacement parts to cover breakages or wear and tear.

This product is covered by a 90 day parts only warranty except for the battery where there is no warranty (Please see paragraph below regarding batteries). The warranty does not cover parts which have been subject to general wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect assembly, neglect, improper use or insufficient maintenance. Neither does the warranty cover the cost of return (which must be in the original packaging) should this be necessary.

Please note - it is essential to follow the battery charging instructions and if for any period of time the vehicle is not used the battery must still be charged on a regular basis. If this procedure is not followed the battery will loose its charge completely and purchase of a replacement is necessary. Batteries are not covered under warranty.
