For after sales support a helpline is available to cover any technical questions and for the supply of new batteries or replacement parts. All Injusa products are covered by a 90 day warranty (excluding batteries). The warranty does not cover parts which have been subject to general wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect assembly, neglect, improper use or insufficient maintenance. Neither does the warranty cover the cost of return (which must be in the original packaging) should this be necessary.
It is essential to follow the battery charging instructions and if for any period of time the vehicle is not used the battery must still be charged on a regular basis.
